Power supply voltage is 2V ~ 10V, can drive two DC motors or a 4-wire 2-phase stepping motor simultaneously.
Can achieve positive and negative and speed control function
Single circuit operating current 1.5A continuous current, peak current up to 2.5A, over-heat protection and can be automatically restart.

1. Using imported original professional motor driver chip, built-in MOS switch, minimal heat, low heat,no leat sink needed, small size, low power consumption, ideal for battery powered. Perfect replace L298N.
2. 2-way 1.5A x 2, the peak current up to 2.5A, built-in over heat protection circuit automatic recovery after the temperature dropped.
3. INx connect with microcontroller and other signal sources, MOTOR-A and MOTOR-B connect with motor.

Cautions:

1. Power positive and negative reversed will cause damage to the circuit.
2. Short circiut to ground or output port, and in case of motor locked rotor, the chip will over-heat protection. But please note that the chip will burn if the voltage over 10v and the peak current over 2.5A.
