The module uses:
1. Connect to the power supply (3-35V), the power indicator light is on, and the module works normally.
2. Adjust the blue potentiometer knob (generally rotate counterclockwise to boost voltage, clockwise to reduce voltage) and use a multimeter to monitor the output voltage until it reaches the required voltage.
Precautions:
1. It is recommended to use the current within 2.5A for long-term work, and add a heat sink (output above 10W); since it is a booster module, in order to ensure stable output, please maintain a minimum voltage difference of 1.5V.
Applications:
1. common problem:
1.Q: In order to save costs, some sellers use old capacitors and inductors. Does do the same?
A: We promise not to use the old capacitors and inductors, and use brand new ones. The old external capacitors and inductors may cause safety hazards.
2.Q: In order to save costs, some sellers use thinner PCB boards. What is the thickness of this ?
A: The thickness of this product of our company is 1.6MM. Unlike other manufacturers, in order to save costs , we use a board with a thickness of 1.2MM. A thinner PCB will seriously affect the heat dissipation performance and other mechanical properties.
3.Q: When using this module, after the current is applied to 2A, it will generate heat. Is it normal?
A: This phenomenon is normal, because during the boosting process, the excess power will be converted from electric energy to heat energy, so there will be heat. It is recommended to add a heat sink, or reduce the current flow .     |
