Product Introduction
The XL74610L Ideal Diode Module serves as an ideal diode rectifier to replace the XL74610 solution. It offers the same high-performance advantages without requiring polarity referencing. Equipped with two low-resistance PMOS transistors, it supports a maximum operating current of up to 10A, generating less heat and reducing power loss. Compared to conventional Schottky diodes, it can cut losses by up to 3W. Testing shows that after replacing with the XL74610L ideal diode, the temperature can drop by more than ten degrees, the voltage drop is around 50mV, and the package remains compatible.

Product Parameters

  • Operating Voltage: 1.5V – 36V
  • At 12V, 25°C, with no additional heat dissipation: peak current <15A (tested continuously at 15A for 30 minutes)
  • Supports a maximum continuous current of up to 30A (tested continuously at 30A for 30 minutes)
  • Theoretical power loss remains minimal even above 50A
  • Standby Current: 0mA (no loss, 0mA consumption in load-off sleep mode)
