ข้อมูลเบื้องต้น
This sensor is used for measuring temperature and pH in water, with RS485 output. Caution in using pH sensor: it must be stored in a place with constant humidity, the measuring head should not be allowed to dry out, and the values should be calibrated every week.

How to Calibrate the Product

This pH sensor uses a two-point calibration method, with pH values of 4.00 and 9.18.

To begin the calibration, prepare the pH 4.00 and pH 9.18 solutions and distilled water, and wipe the sensor clean with a tissue.

Calibration Steps:

1. Clean the pH sensor and temperature head with distilled water and gently dry with a tissue, avoiding direct contact with the glass.
2. Connect the pH sensor and temperature head to the signal converter.
3. Immerse both the pH and temperature heads into the pH 4.00 solution.
4. Press and hold the calibrate button until the status light turns yellow and remains on.
5. Quickly press the calibrate button on the signal converter twice until the status light turns red and flashes. This starts the calibration for pH 4.00. Wait for approximately 30 seconds until the red light stays on.
6. After the red light stops flashing, remove the sensor and temperature heads from the pH 4.00 solution and place them in the distilled water.
7. Press and hold the calibrate button until the status light turns yellow and remains on.
8. Quickly press the calibrate button on the signal converter twice until the status light turns red and flashes. This starts the calibration for pH 9.18. Wait for the red light to stop flashing.
9. After the red light stops flashing, the calibration is complete.
