เซ็นเซอร์ตรวจจับวัตถุ จับสิ่งกีดขวาง Infrared photoelectric switch Sensor E18-D80NK 

เป็นเซนเซอร์ที่ใช้หลักการยิงแสงอินฟาเรดออกไป หากมีวัตถุขวางจะมีการสะท้อนกลับมาเพื่อใช้แทนสวิทช์เซนเซอร์ว่าขณะนี้มีสิ่งกีดขวาง หรือวัตถุอยู่หน้าเซนเซอร์หรือไม่ ซึ่งระยะทำการอยู่ที่ 3-80cm โดยใช้ไฟเลี้ยงแค่ 5v จาก arduino ได้ทันที ซึ่งให้ค่าออกมาเป็นสัญญาณ on-off โดย on คือมีสิ่งกีดขวาง, off คือไม่มีสิ่งกีดขวาง

สามารถนำไปใช้งานกับหุ่นยนต์หลบสิ่งกีดขวางหรืองาน automation เช่นไลน์การผลิตต่างๆเป็นต้น


วิธีการใช้งาน

1. จ่ายไฟด้วยไฟ 5VDC เข้าขาสีน้ำตาล และ Gnd เข้าขาสีน้ำเงิน
2. นำเซนเซอร์วางห่างจากวัตถุ ~40cm
3. หมุนปรับวาล์วด้านหลังเซนเซอร์ทวนเข็ม จนกว่าจะมีไฟสีแดงขึ้นหลังเซนเซอร์
4.1 หากต้องการเพิ่มระยะตรวจจับให้ถอยเซนเซอร์ออกมา(ไฟจะติด)แล้วหมุนตามเข็มจนกว่าไฟจะดับ
4.2 หากต้องการลดระยะตรวจจับให้เอาเซนเซอร์เข้าหาวัตถุ(ไฟจะดับ)แล้วหมุนทวนเข็มจนกว่าไฟจะติด
